How can I delete my account?
Deleting a user account:
1. From the home page of the app or website, find and click on the 'three horizontal lines' icon, located in the bottom left corner.
2. After clicking on the icon, a side menu will open.
3. In the side menu, select 'User avatar'. This is a picture of the user.
4. After selecting 'User avatar' (or 'Account'), a page with user information will open.
5. On the bottom 'Account', locate the section called 'Delete account'. Click on that section.
6. When you click on 'Delete account', you will be asked to confirm the operation. This is to protect against accidental deletion of the account.
7. After clicking on the button, the account will be deleted. All information and data associated with the account will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to access the account.
Please note that account deletion may be permanent and your data cannot be recovered.
