How can I make a scheduled meeting?

Here's how to make a scheduled meeting in the app:
1. Open the app and go to `Calendar`. It is located in the bottom navigation bar.
2. In the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see the `Add Meeting` icon (a plus icon with a calendar). Click on this icon.
3. A window will pop up with a choice of meeting type. Select `Scheduled Meeting`.
4. After selecting 'Scheduled Meeting' a form will open for you to fill in the details of the meeting.
- Enter a name for the meeting in the Title field.
- Add meeting participants by entering their email addresses from the application's contact list or use the internal user search.
- Set a date and time to start the meeting. Select a date by tapping the appropriate field and set the time by sliding the sliders.
- If the meeting will last all day, select the `All day` checkbox.
- If the meeting will be recurring, tap the `Recurrence` option and select the recurrence frequency (daily, monthly, yearly).
- Add a description of the meeting if necessary.
5. When you have finished filling in the form, click on the `Create` button, which is located in the top right corner of the screen. Or click on the X icon to cancel the appointment creation.
6. Your scheduled appointment will be added to your calendar and displayed at the appropriate day and time.
