How to prioritise a chat room?
Prioritise chatting:
1. Go to the app or website, and open the chats section.
2. In the list of chats, scroll to the desired chat you want to prioritise.
3. on your mobile device, tap and hold your finger on the selected chat. On a PC, you can use the right mouse button.
4. After tapping on the chat, an additional menu with various options will pop up.
5. In the additional menu, find the option related to prioritising the chat. This is `Add to favourites` or `Add to low priority`. Select the appropriate option.
Once these steps are completed the selected chat will be prioritised according to your selection. This may mean that it will be moved to the 'Favourite Chats' section or given a lower priority in the list of chats, depending on what you have selected. This will help you find and access important chats quickly.
